Diverse Technology Solutions secures the majority of its client base with a DTS Unlimited Network Support Contract. Our Engineer Services Group provides off site management, preventative maintenance and monitoring of a clients data network. DTS can establish secure network access to servers, desktops and critical network components providing instant response to service requests.

Time Block Agreements

DTS Time Block Agreements allocate a pre paid block of hours for any aspect of technology support. DTS network services can be secured in 20, 50 and 100 hour increments and discounted accordingly. Client benefits include guaranteed response times and discounted service rates.

Per-hour network service calls
