  • Critical data back-up, encryption and replication. Critical data is identified on each server, documented and included in the remote backup services. This data is encrypted and transmitted off-site to our Long Island data center. In the event of disaster or catastrophic failure the data is available to you online to restore. We also can restore to a local transportable disk, physical server or virtual server and deliver it to you with same day or next day service to meet recovery time objectives.
  • Budgeted disaster recovery system. Offering one affordable rate and predictable monthly billing, DTS' pricing approach gives your business the flexibility for incremental data growth without an unexpected increase in monthly costs.
  • Added data safeguards. We proactively monitor and manage backups to check for failures, resolve issues, ensure successful operation and help protect business critical and irreplaceable electronic information.
  • Call Center Help Desk. DTS has a fully staffed call center to address and remediate all your technical issues and answer any questions.
  • Security and encryption. Data is encrypted and stored separately for each client. Clients maintain a unique user ID and encryption key password for restores.
  • Retention policy. One full backup is performed remotely or on-site depending on the volume of data needing storage upon engagement. Incremental backups span 30 days of data change; optional 60- to 90-day retention plans also are available.
  • SQL, MS Exchange, open databases and Macintosh files. The DTS remote backup system has the ability to handle all of these systems and file types.
