DTS Hosted VOIP service announces the roll out of a new Customer Administration Portal utility

DTS has released its production version of a new client Administration Portal for its Hosted Voice over IP customers. This provides customers access to their business phone system configuration from anywhere in the world through an intuitive web browser interface for phone and feature control.  Clients can reduce service requests and embrace the freedom to manage their own adds, moves and changes allowing for increased efficiency and productivity in phone configuration and management.

“This enhanced feature functionality will result in increased customer satisfaction by reducing help desk calls and increasing customer visibility into call flows and allowing increased control over music on hold, call groups and flexibility with Auto Attendant Management.” states Robert Kruger, DTS Manager Partner.
